Refunds/Exchanges

We have a 14-day return/ exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.
To start a return, please contact us at info@nooltrends.com. Whilst doing so please specify your order number and the reason for return. You can expect to be contacted within 2-5 working days via email. We will only be able to process the refund once we have received the package.It will take up to 5 working days to process the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You will have to deliver the post ( at your own cost).

Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and email us at info@nooltrends.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  In the email please specify your order number and the fault with a photo attached, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
