Returns and Exchanges

Once you order a product from Nooltrend you will have 14 days to refund/exchange your order. You will have to deliver the post ( at your own cost).

To request a return please email us on info@nooltrends.com. Whilst doing so please specify your order number and the reason for return. You can expect to be contacted within 2-5 working days via email. We will only be able to process the refund once we have received the package.It will take up to 5 working days to process the refund.

We will try our best to process refunds/exchanges as necessary. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process refunds/exchanges on items that have been used/worn.
